Both offer detailed training sessions, structured workouts that can be exported to your device and followed with the right training and the ability to review your training sessions, allowing you to focus on executing the training sessions and improving through the season. The key difference between the two is that our classic plans are fixed and have limited variability, whereas the newer Data Optimised ones are entirely unique to you and your schedule.

We are excited to have partnered with Predictive Fitness and its subsidiaries, triathlon and running platforms (Tridot and Rundot), to provide a data-optimised training programme unique to your age, experience, schedule, genetics, biomechanics, environmental, and training data. This allows the plan to adapt and change with you every step of the way and react to what you do and how well you execute it! The experience boasts 3.2x improvement than non-users and achieves it with 30% less training than the traditional approach.

Fixed-duration Classic Training Plans

Our classic training plans build your training over a set duration for a specific event.

Our classic training plans are fixed in duration for one specific race or event and focus on building to that event. The plans can be adapted by the athlete to fit into their schedule, and training targets will adapt as you improve through the season.
