Just enjoyed an introductory session on open water swimming and transition. Lots of useful tips, and the coach was very personable and receptive to all our questions. Thank you.

Our trainer was competent and well-informed, and gave us great tips for beginner open-water swimming: sighting, acclimatising, fitting wetsuits. Would definitely recommend if you're tackling your first triathlon.

I had an orientation session with Tri Training Harder a couple of days before my triathlon. The Coach, Philip offered great tips for setting up transition, the dos and don’ts and clearly showed us the transition set up and which way to go etc. It was a real help as it allowed me to mentally prepare for the challenge ahead so when I arrived the morning of my event I knew exactly what to do. The swim session was also extremely invaluable because I got to experience the weeds before the big day! Philip talked us through various pointers, giving us advice on how to tackle the weeds, the mass start and what do to if we got into difficulty. All in all, it was a very useful session given by someone who is clearly an expert in their field. Thank you Philip.
